Kenya — Encouraging Ebola Contact-Monitoring Milestone
Verified development: On October 26, Kenya's health director-general announced that 20 contacts completed 21 days of symptom-free monitoring and were released. Another 98 contacts remained under observation. These were contacts, not patients who recovered from Ebola.
Thank the Lord: For those who completed monitoring without symptoms, and for the healthcare workers supporting surveillance and community safety.
Continue to pray: For people still receiving care, monitored contacts, health workers and grieving families; ask the Lord to strengthen containment and protect the vulnerable.
